The group of Michael Primig manages our state-of-the-art microarray facility equipped with instruments for sample processing (TissueLyser), RNA quality control (Nanodrop photometer, BioAnalyzer) and GeneChip processing (GeneChip Scanner 3000 TG and two Fluidics 450 hybridization stations). The system is capable of scanning currently available 3′-UTR-, all-exon-, and tiling arrays as well as SNP Chips. The platform is open to all Irset member laboratories.
